The year 1923 marks a pivotal moment in food history. Around this time, Nutrition was compromised as industrialization of food production crept in, creating food factories. Refined flour, processing chemicals, preservatives and shortcuts stripped away the nutrition and integrity of traditional baking for shelf life to growing retail. 1923 Bakehouse brings these back.

At 1923 Bakehouse, we work closely with nutritionists and food technologists to create breads tailored to different needs: growing children, women’s health, diabetes management, heart health, gut wellness etc. We have seasonal breads to provide the nutrition which nature brings to us every season. We are reviving the lost science of wholesome food. Every loaf we bake is crafted with clean, natural ingredients—no maida, no chemicals, no preservatives.
Our ethos is simple - real food, clean label, and honest nutrition. Each product is baked and delivered fresh, with thoughtfully chosen ingredients - millets, pulses, seeds, and ancient grains that were once staples in Indian kitchens.
